95% of your readers don't comment

Jakob Nielsen analyzed audience participation and published his finding in a post called Participation Inequality. According to Jakob:
  • 95% of readers dont contribute
  • 5% contribute from time to time
  • 0.1% participate a lot
These numbers don't add up to 100% due to rounding, but you get the idea that most of your readers doesn't participate. ClickComments was designed to make it easier for your readers to engage with your blog.

This seems like great way to make commenting easy! But... Why are there only positive options to click? Aren't the readers allowed to find anyting to criticize? That could be made in a positive way, too.
